Stage of cancer


Stage of cancer is a clinical decision related to the size of the tumor, the degree of local invasion that has taken place and the degree of its spread to places far away at someone (Corwin 2001). A Predictor in
strong about the recurrence of disease and length of exposure to the disease patients the attack on the ground and spread to nearby organs, such as the bones, liver, lungs and central nervous system. 

Clinically to determine expansion of disease diagnosis, then it will use the results of the clinical examination the patient, surgical intervention during observations, and report results pathological (Nasca). Tumor stage system is divided into two i.e. stadium which is still limited and the stadium has been expanded. The system includes limited stage categories in situ cancer (a tumor that is limited to the top layer of the epithelium), spread of the cancer is still confined to one place. 

The TNM system can used for widespread cancer Division of the stadium, where T (size the tumor), N (metastasized to regional lymph nodes), and M (or not the presence of distant metastasis). The TNM system has been developed by a combination of The The International Agency for Research on Cancer (IARC) and The American Joint Committee on Cancer (AJCC) (Nasca).
